  Unfortunately, I had to come back to Google to change my 5 Stars to 3. After the past few visits it appears customers in the drive thru are the priority while me standing, waiting for service is not. There seem to be four people at the drive thru window and one at the front counter. Same number of cars lined up as customers lined inside. On one visit, there were no cars with three staff members visiting at the window while I was the only person waiting for service at the counter. The one front counter member was buster her butt. Felt bad for her and couldn't believe what I was watching.

  Extremely burnt grilled cheese, no cream in the Boston cream doughnut, the person taking our order kept listing teas after my mother told her which yea she wanted. 10/10 would not recommend... even to my worst enemies

  Wait times increasing...this place used to be lightning fast. Order ready before I had my vehicle in park at the window. Now they need me to pull around the back side of the building for basic orders. Disappointing slide Tim!

  The coffee always give me a stomach ache and the bacon is blanf and paper-thin. The cream cheese used to be good but somewhere along the line they must have switched brands and it's this weird tangy gross stuff. Also, they keep telling me hazelnut has been discontinued but then they have it 2 weeks later. They run out then lie. I'm done with the place.
